Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Delvir Limited Liability Co.(“Delvir”, “we”, “us”), the owner and operator of Promoflow (the “Service”), collects, uses, and shares information about you. By using the Service you agree to this Policy. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at team@delvir.co. Delvir is the data controller for the information described here.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — when you sign in with a third-party provider (e.g., Google): your name, email address, and profile picture.
  • Request information — the website URL you submit, your voiceover selection, and any notes or preferences you provide.
  • Payment information — purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive limited transaction details (e.g., status and amount) but do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
  • Usage & technical data — log and device data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected automatically and via privacy-friendly analytics.

2. How we use information

We use information to: provide, operate, and deliver the Service; produce and deliver your videos; process payments; communicate with you about requests and your account; maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse; comply with legal obligations; and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the bases of: performance of a contract (providing the Service you request); your consent (e.g., optional communications); our legitimate interests (operating, securing, and improving the Service); and compliance with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service: with service providers acting on our behalf — including Google (authentication), Stripe (payments), and our cloud hosting, database, storage, and email providers (e.g., Vercel, Neon, Resend); to comply with law, legal process, or enforce our terms; to protect the rights, safety, and property of Delvir, our users, or the public; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

5. Storage & security

Account and request data are stored in our managed database (Neon, PostgreSQL); rendered videos and audio previews are stored in private cloud storage (Vercel Blob); hosting is provided by Vercel. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion as described below.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete, and opt out of “sales” (we do not sell personal information). To exercise any right, email team@delvir.co. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Cookies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in, and privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. International transfers

We and our providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to countries that may have different data-protection laws than your own.

10. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when we post the updated Policy and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
